New details on Battle Pack 3 & 2014 Mega Tins

News has been dry lately, but a couple of stories have surfaced today that I think are worthy of covering.

First up, an image that depicts the Battle Pack 3 draft kit and also reveals that each kit will come with one of five new game mats, one of which featuring Forbidden Lance. This set is also now confirmed for release on August 1.

Secondly, a tiny bit of news regarding this year's upcoming Mega Tins. We've gotten confirmation of what packs will comprise the special set that the Mega Packs inside the tins will pull from - LTGY, JOTL, SHSP, and LVAL, so effectively, core sets from May 2013 to January 2014. If you own any expensive cards from those sets, I would advise you to begin selling or trading them before August 29, which is the (now confirmed) release date for these tins, at least in the UK.
