That's a whopping grand total of 28 changes! This list is VERY unlike Konami (hitting Rooster when it just came out, completely Unlimiting Scapegoat, etc.), but it turns out that it's true. Also, it seems that from now on the OCG banlist will be updated around the time that each core booster set comes out (in the OCG, that's typically February, April, July and November). We have no idea whether or not the TCG will follow suit, and if so, how long it'll take. I'm still not sure exactly how they intend for this "four lists per year" thing to work in terms of the actual direction of the game they'll be pursuing, but hopefully it'll be a good one. It's ironic how Konami had all of these changes in store right when a lot of people were starting to decide they couldn't take it any more.
I'm not a fan of the changes to Sorcerer, Bestiari, Gorz, Grand Mole, Black Whirlwind, ARA, Emergency Call and Mirror Force, but other than that, I actually can't remember a time when I was this happy with a new list.
