●If this card is excavated from the Deck and sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can declare a Level from 1 to 8; Special Summon this card from the Graveyard, and if you do, it becomes that Level.

This card seems interesting, because you can Tribute it and then stack it with the same effect. Once it's been stacked, you can Special Summon it back from the Graveyard when excavated and change its level. Not a bad card, although its playability remains to be seen.
