Here is the full spoiler for Judgment of the Light! Before diving into the actual lists, I have to let you guys know some important changes to this set. First, this is the first set in probably five years wherein the cover card was not the single Ghost Rare of the set - instead, Star Eater takes that spot. This is also the first set since the limitation of Ultimate Rares to Ultras only wherein not every Ultra has an Ultimate Rare form. For this set (and possibly from now on), right now it appears that Ultimate Rares will be the original five Ultimates from the OCG release of the set and are rumored to have a pull ratio of 1:48 (one out of every 48 packs).
