JOTL Preview: Noble Knight Drystan!

Today over on the Konami Strategy Site, we were finally treated to a preview of another World Premiere card - Noble Knight Drystan! Check him out:

Light / 4 / Warrior / 1800 / 600

While you control another “Noble Knight” monster, your opponent cannot target your monsters with less than 1800 ATK, except this card, for attacks or with card effects. When a “Noble Arms” Equip Spell Card is equipped to this card: Target 1 face-up card on the field; destroy that target. You can only use this effect of “Noble Knight Drystan” once per turn.

So what do you guys think? Personally I think this is yet another amazing card for Noble Knights and might be able to push the theme to competitive status, especially if Dragon Rulers and Prophecy get destroyed going into next format. I really like the fact that it's good on its own, but also a powerful intermediary in the many combos the deck already has. As for its rarity I obviously can't tell for sure just by looking at the proxy, but if I had to guess just from the strength of its effect I'd say it might be a Secret Rare.
